JCS Performance
The Academy was launched in 2022 and is aimed at players who are county-level and above. Sessions focus on refining technique, developing tactical awareness and gameplay, and building mental resilience to compete in county, regional, national and international tournaments. Individualised training, video analysis, and specialist workshops allow players to build upon their strengths and identify and address areas of improvement.
The JCS Academy works with players on strength & conditioning, speed & agility, mobility and injury prevention, ensuring that athletes are healthy and maintain peak performance. It cultivates a sense of community among players, encouraging both competition and collaboration whilst offering additional support to those players who aim to play the sport professionally.
